Acceptable Use Policy

1. Create for children and families

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to your story ideas, character descriptions, uploaded images and recordings, revision requests, generated content and sharing.

Use TapStory for age-appropriate storytelling, creativity and family reading. Adult account holders are responsible for supervising children and reviewing stories before sharing them.

2. Prohibited content and uses

Do not request, generate, upload or share:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, or any sexualisation or exploitation of minors;
• harmful content, including graphic violence, threats, harassment, hate, or encouragement of self-harm, abuse or dangerous activities;
• content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness rights, or uses their photo or voice without the required permission;
• face-swaps, deepfakes, or content created to manipulate faces or impersonate real people;
• illegal content or instructions that facilitate illegal activity.

Do not evade content checks, disguise prohibited requests, or use TapStory to offer unfiltered or prohibited generation to others. Consent to use someone's photo or voice does not waive these rules.

3. Enforcement

We may block requests, restrict sharing, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. A generated result or a passed automated check does not exempt content from these rules. Please review stories before showing them to a child.

4. Reports and support

Report unsuitable content to support@tapstory.ai with the subject Report and a story link or a short description. Avoid forwarding harmful images or unnecessary personal information. You can also contact this address for help with your account, subscription, payments or an incorrectly blocked request.
